The Direct Sourcing Forum was founded in 2020 by staffing leaders who believed that traditional staffing models had become outdated and that few employers were adopting transformation strategies to effectively leverage emerging technologies and rapidly changing market conditions.
Direct Sourcing refers to using your company's brand to attract talent, then curating your talent community as an in-house staffing asset for both contingent and full-time hiring. Our mission is to examine new technologies, staffing trends, and proven best practices. We believe creating a dialogue among industry leaders will shape a brighter future of work for all.
